Our standard turnaround time in most cases is 24 hours. However, depending on how many pictures you need edited, we have available options from 6 hours to 96 hours to suit your need.

We know that transferring files (especially large) on the Internet is a challenging and time consuming task. We are doing our best to make that process simple and efficient via:

• Web uploader: you get immediate access to this at the final stage when placing an order
• Web file manager: this is an alternative to the one above and it works in a very similar way
• FTP: If you prefer to use FTP, no problem. You can enable your own secure FTP account at the click of a button, just go to your account setting page

You can send us all major file formats such as JPG, PNG, GIFF, TIFF, PSD or PDF. However, we prefer to work with JPG images as they are quicker to process.

Depending on which file format you want, we can send you JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF or PDF. You will be able to choose your file format when placing an order.
